Official Rules — Incline Cider House Contest
INCLINE CIDER HOUSE ZACH BRYAN CONCERT TICKET GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY This giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of OR/WA/ID who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Incline Cider House ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SPONSOR Incline Cider House, 155 Blair BLVD. Eugene, OR 97402.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion begins on 6/26/26 at 12:00AM PDT and ends on 7/10/26 at 11:59PM PDT ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER To enter, you must complete the following: visit @inclinecider on Instagram and Like the Zach Bryan giveaway post, follow both @inclinecider and @annexeugene, tag a friend you want to bring with you. 1 comment = 1 entry. Want an extra chance at winning? Share this post on your Instagram Story. Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
5. PRIZE One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Zach Bryan on 7/25/26 at Autzen Stadiuum, Eugene, OR. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or changes to the concert event.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 7/11/26. The potential winner will be notified by DM within 2 days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 2 days, or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
8. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this Promotion or the use/misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
9. PRIVACY Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used only for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Promotion, unless otherwise agreed to by the participant.
10. ALCOHOL ACKNOWLEDGMENT This Promotion is sponsored by an alcoholic beverage company. Participation is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Please drink responsibly.
11. GOVERNING LAW This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of OR.
