Official Rules — Incline Cider House Contest

  1. Sponsor. Incline Cider House, 155 Blair Blvd., Eugene, OR 97402.

  2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of Washington, Oregon, or Idaho who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside WA/OR/ID and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate family/household, are not eligible.

  3. Timing. The Contest begins February 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).

  4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete and submit the online entry form available via Sponsor’s website. Limit one (1) entry per person. Attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries (e.g., multiple identities or registrations) will void entries and may result in disqualification. No purchase necessary.

  5. Prize. Two (2) tickets to the Belgium v Egypt game scheduled for June 15, 2026. One night lodging for one room at Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle University District on June 15th, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, delay, or cancellation of the event; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion ($1000). Transportation, lodging, taxes, and other expenses not specifically stated are the winner’s responsibility.

  6. Winner Selection. On or about June 2, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  7. Winner Notification & Requirements. Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the drawing and must respond within 48 hours. Sponsor may require an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and age/residency verification. Failure to respond timely, failure to execute required documents, or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

  8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries or communications, or for any technical or human error.

  10. Release. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

  11. Privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor solely to administer the Contest, verify eligibility (21+ and WA/OR/ID residency), and contact the potential winner, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at /soccer-giveaway#privacy. Sponsor will retain entry data for 90 days after a winner is confirmed, after which it will be securely deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

  12. Disputes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to conflict‑of‑law rules.

  13. Sponsor Contact. For a copy of the winner’s name (available after June 20, 2026) or for questions, contact lesley.z@gfbev.com no later than July 31, 2026.

We collect your name, address, age, email, and phone number solely to administer this contest, verify eligibility (21+ and resident of WA/OR/ID), and contact the winner.
